What is most useful to us
A correction
An agency has changed its name, a phone number is dead, a programme no longer exists. Tell us which state and what you found.
Something that did not work
A page that would not load with your screen reader, text too small, a language that reads wrong. We treat these as faults, not opinions.
Something missing
A question you had that this site did not answer. That gap is probably shared by hundreds of other families.
Translation help
If you speak one of the languages here and something reads awkwardly or wrongly, please say so. Crisis wording matters most.

What happens to what you send
- It goes to one family's inbox. It is not shared, sold or added to any mailing list.
- If you send a correction, we check it against the agency and update the page.
- We cannot give advice about an individual child. For that, your paediatrician or your state's Parent Training and Information Center is the right place, and both are listed on your state page.
- We may quote anonymised feedback when explaining why something changed. We will never publish your name or contact details.

Una agencia ha cambiado de nombre, un teléfono ya no funciona, un programa ha dejado de existir. Díganos de qué estado se trata y qué ha encontrado.
Algo que no funcionó
Una página que no cargaba con su lector de pantalla, texto demasiado pequeño, un idioma que se lee mal. Lo tratamos como un fallo, no como una opinión.
Algo que falta
Una pregunta que tenía y que este sitio no respondió. Ese hueco probablemente lo comparten cientos de familias más.
Ayuda con traducciones
Si habla uno de los idiomas de aquí y algo suena raro o está mal, dígalo. La redacción de las partes de crisis es la que más importa.

Qué pasa con lo que nos envía
- Llega al buzón de una familia. No se comparte, no se vende y no se añade a ninguna lista de correo.
- Si envía una corrección, la contrastamos con la agencia y actualizamos la página.
- No podemos dar consejo sobre un niño concreto. Para eso, su pediatra o el Centro de Formación e Información para Padres de su estado es el lugar adecuado, y ambos figuran en su página estatal.
- Puede que citemos comentarios de forma anónima al explicar por qué cambió algo. Nunca publicaremos su nombre ni sus datos de contacto.
